For dancers with solid prior experience (Tuesdays 20:15 to 21:30) You've already completed a Basic 3 course with us or gained experience elsewhere in Salsa and Bachata — and now you're ready to take your dancing to the next level? Then this course is for you! In the Improver Course, you'll explore new figure and technique elements, along with creative variations. The focus here is on improvisation and musical interpretation. To the vibrant rhythms of Latin American music, you'll learn how to creatively recombine known steps and develop your own unique dance style. We focus primarily on Cuban Salsa and Sensual Bachata, with influences from Bachata Fusion. Through playful exercises, you'll refine essential dance skills such as connection, body and spatial awareness, quality of touch, and more. 🌟 Dancing with all your senses Occasionally, we use a dance blindfold to temporarily restrict sight. This activates and sharpens the other senses — making subtle cues, shifts in weight, and the fine nonverbal communication between partners much more perceptible. 👥 Who can join?
